Veggies Au Gratin is a kind of dish that sprinkled or topped with bread crumbs or grated cheese, or both, then browned while baking. But for this recipe, we tried browning it with pan-frying style.
𝑴𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 4 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔. Yield: 1 serving is 1/2 cup
1 cup Carrots sliced
1 cup Potato sliced
2 tbsp onion & garlic
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup Bread Flour
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp Entrasol
add water to make 2cups
1 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
salt, white pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese
1 tbsp basil finely chopped
1️⃣ Cook your Sautéed Veggies first. Sauté the garlic, onion into the butter. Add Carrots and water to cook. Lastly put potatoes, wait for atleast 15 minutes then strained the veggies and set aside
2️⃣ Prepare your white sauce by cooking your ENTRASOL MILK into your butter and onion. Slowly add the bread flour mixture while stirring. Make it thicken before adding the Veggies.
3️⃣ When the white sauce is finally thicken, you can remove it to the pan and serve it while hot. You sprinkle the basil and cheese on the top.
